Duniya mein koi bhi insaan kaamil nahi hota, har shakhs ke andar kuch khoobiyaan hoti hain to kuch khaamiyaan, kuch sifaat-e-hasana hoti hain to kuch aisi kotaahiyaan jin se chashm poshi karni chahiye.
Is fitri za’af ko Qur’an ne yun bayaan kiya hai:
“Khuliq al-insaanu da‘eefan” (Surah An-Nisaa)
Tarjuma: Insaan kamzor paida kiya gaya hai.
Ghalti insaan ki sarisht mein shaamil hai, lekin asal baat yeh hai ke insaan apni ghalti ko mehsoos kare, us par nadim ho, aur uski islaah ke liye tayyar ho.
Isi liye deen-e-Islam ne islaah ko aik azeem fareeza qarar diya, aur tanqeed ko bhi husn-e-niyyat aur khair-khwaahi ke daaire mein rakha.
Magar afsos ke aaj ke muashray mein “tanqeed” aik aam mizaaj banta ja raha hai, lekin yeh tanqeed aksar “islaah” ke bajaye “tahqeer”, “afsha”, aur “zaati ana” ki taskeen ka zariya hoti hai.
Hum islaah ka naam le kar doosron ki izzat-e-nafs ko majrooh karte hain, unki kamzoriyaan charcha ka mawdu bana lete hain, aur apni bartari ka izhar chahte hain.
Halaanke agar hamara maqsad waqai islaah hota, to hamari zubaan mein narmi, dil mein hamdardi, aur andaaz mein khair-khwaahi jhalakti.
Kisi bhi tahreer ya baat ko sunne ka sahi tareeqa yeh nahi ke foran us par aitraaz kiya jaye ya us ke alfaaz mein aib talaash kiya jaye,
balki behtar yeh hai ke hum sochein ke is mein hamare liye kya sabaq hai? Kya paighaam hai? Aur hum is se kya seekh saktay hain?
Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Ad-deenun naseeha” (Muslim Shareef)
Tarjuma: Deen khair-khwaahi ka naam hai.
Khair-khwaahi ka taqaaza yeh nahi ke hum doosron ki ghaltiyon ko duniya ke saamne laayen,
balki yeh hai ke agar koi khaami nazar aaye to infiradi taur par narmi se samjhayen.
Aur agar koi achhi baat dekhein to uski qadr karein,
har tahreer mein seekhnay ke zaviye talaash karein,
har shakhs se kuch na kuch seekhnay ka jazba rakhein,
aur har ikhtilaaf ko faasla na banaayein balki fahm o tadabbur ka darwaza samjhein.
Jo log har baat mein keerey nikaalte hain,
har tahreer mein aib dhoondhte hain,
aur kisi bhi baat ko seekhne ke bajaye kuchalne ki niyyat se padhtay ya suntay hain,
woh na sirf doosron ko nuqsaan pohchate hain,
balki apni taraqqi ki raah mein bhi roRaa bante hain.
Baqaul shakhs ke:
“Tanqeed agar ta’ameeri ho to kirdaar banati hai, warna nafraton ke angaaray chhod jaati hai.”
Nabi Kareem ﷺ ki hayaat-e-tayyiba humein behtareen misaalein faraham karti hai,
aap ﷺ ka andaaz hamesha aisa hota tha ke saamne waala sharminda na ho,
balki apni islaah par aamaada ho.
Nabi Kareem ﷺ ka hamesha ka mamool tha ke aap:
“Ma baalu aqwaamin yaf‘aloona kaza wa kaza” (Bukhari)
Yaani: “Logon ko kya ho gaya hai ke aisa aisa karte hain?”
Aap ﷺ ne kabhi kisi shakhs ka naam le kar burai nahi ki,
balki aam andaaz mein baat karte ke muta‘alliqa shakhs ki islaah bhi ho jaye aur uski izzat-e-nafs bhi majrooh na ho.
Hazrat Imam Shafi‘i (rahimahullah) farmate hain:
“Kisi bhai ki parda poshi karke uski ghalti par tanbeeh karna naseehat hai, aur mehfil mein use taana dena yeh fazeehat yani ruswai hai.”
Aaj ek aur masla sangini ikhtiyaar kar gaya hai ke kuch log sirf ek shakhsiyat ya ek maslak ko hi sach maante hain,
baaqi sab ko ghalat gardaan’tay hain.
Agar koi doosra shakhs haq aur sach baat bhi kare to qubool nahi karte,
halaanke Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Al-hikmatu daallatul-mu’min, anna wajadaha fahuwa ahaqqu biha” (Tirmizi)
“Hikmat mo’min ki gumshuda daulat hai, jahan paaye use le le.”
Baaz auqaat tanqeed karne waale afraad na to mauzoo‘ ki gehraai se waaqif hotay hain,
na hi waqt aur haalaat ke taqazon ko samajhtay hain.
Unki tanqeed darasal unki kam-ilmi, sathi soch aur zamaane se na-waaqifiyat ki wajah se hoti hai.
Yeh log naye andaaz, hikmat-e-amali ya fikri tajdeed ko bid‘at aur inheraaf samajhtay hain.
Ilm ke baghair tanqeed karna, chiraagh bujha kar roshni talaash karne ke mutaradif hai.
Haqeeqatan agar kisi ki islaah karni ho, to sabse pehle uski khoobiyon ka aitraaf kiya jaye,
aur aisa usloob ikhtiyaar kiya jaye ke saamne waala mehsoos kare ke mukhaatib mera mukhlis hai, dushman nahi.
Har aaina dikhane waala dushman nahi hota, kuch log sanwaarne ka fun rakhte hain.
Maslan:
Agar kisi ke kaam mein kotaahi ho, to yun kaha jaye:
“Ma sha Allah aap ka kaam bohot achha hai, is mein agar is pehlu ka izaafa ho jaye to is mein mazeed nikhaar aur kamaal aa jaye ga.”
Aib dekh kar chashm poshi karna bade zarf ki baat hai.
Tum bhi insaan ho, hum bhi insaan hain.
Islaahi tanqeed aik ni‘mat hai,
lekin agar uska andaaz ghair-muhazzab ho ya uska maqsad sirf sharminda karna ho,
to yeh bigaR ban jaati hai.
Aaj humein aise afraad, aise ulama, aise rehnuma darkaar hain
jo baahmi muhabbat se dilon ko jorain,
aur afraad ko qareeb tar karein,
na ke nafraton se logon ko muntashir karein aur ek doosre se door karein.
